It appears Robert Snodgrass will stay a Hammer after prospective interested Championship clubs  are unwilling to pay his £60,000 per week wages. The  Sun claims he is likely to stay put until the January transfer window.

Hammers could swap one Algerian midfielder for another

According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Algerian international midfielder Ryad Boudebouz from Montpellier is being tracked by West Ham,  Newcastle, Lazio, Bayer Leverkusen, Sevilla FC and Besiktas. Despite his current unavailability until mid-August due to a knee injury,  Boudebouz is attracting interest from across Europe it is claimed. The 27-year-old had a successful season with Montpellier scoring 11 goals in 33 Ligue 1 matches.

‘Arnie’ delighted with “amazing” second goal

Marko Arnautovich marked his Hammers debt with a goal but was more delighted with the second which allowed Academy kid Toni Martinez to get his first ever in the first team.

Gray favourite to join Hammers

Burnley striker Andre Gray is now odds on favourite to join West Ham.  Bookmaker William Hill have reduced the odds to 5/6 for the 26-year-old to join the Hammers at the London Stadium with odds of 7/4 for him to stay at Turf Moor.

The Daily Mail claim Everton are weighing up a £9million move for West Ham defender Winston Reid. They say Manager Ronald Koeman wants cover for the injured Ramiro Funes Mori and is considering a bid for the 29-year-old, who has just returned to training following surgery on a shin injury.

Andy Carroll should return from injury in time for the first home game at the London Stadium against Huddersfield Slaven Bilic has revealed. Carroll missed the end of the last league campaign with a groin problem.
