Adrian makes his point

Adrian is he is keen to stay at West Ham but has made it clear he wants to be No 1.

With one season remaining on his current deal he says we ‘will see more’ regarding his future now the season is over.

“If the team can help you with their defending as well, that’s much better.

“This past season for me has been a bit disappointing and frustrating at times, but I have one more year on my contract and we will see more when the season has finished.

“I hope that I can continue to show I am here to help West Ham, as I enjoy it here at London Stadium and I want to keep enjoying it.”

  1. I like Adrian, he like all keepers is prone to the odd moment of madness it is time we found a number1 we stick with, If we buy Butland from Stoke or Tom Heaton or someone that the new manager wants, hard to think they will be happy sitting on the bench is it.

Whatever happens hope we get ahead of the game and buy some players early COYI !!!

  2. I would keep Adrian for one more to provide a bit of continuity so the money can be spent elsewhere on bigger priorities. Looks as though Cazorla is leaving arsenal so almost certainly coming to us if Pellegrini has anything to do with it. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Yaya Toure either.

  3. I hope Adrian stays, he has been good and should be in his prime, bring in a top centre back and he will look good again….
