Bilic breaks silence on Batshuayi

michySlaven Bilic corrected a reporter who mispronounced Batshuayi in yesterday’s pre match press conference telling them to do their homework. The media were asking Slaven if rumours that West Ham have made a £31m bid for the Marseille striker were true.

Slav answered “Michy Batshuayi, he’s a top striker, playing for Marseille, big club scoring goals there, very young Belgium international, already a few years playing at the top level scoring goals, either for Standard Liège or Marseille now, he’s a very good player yes, that’s all I can say now at this moment but about these offers it is simply not true what is in the papers, as usual”

  1. He is so good with the press and more intelligent then most of them,
If we made the bid it will scare some off, those that are not will have to pay top dollar for him and that will take them away from other targets,
I am sure we will get the one Slav wants,at the moment there are at least 6 top scorers available but where ever they go that will free up others,
AC and Sak give us a good start anyway most teams would like those in the bank,
