West Ham Vice Chairman Karren Brady has used her Sun Football Diary to suggest West Ham supporters need to rally around the team.

She say we need to show support despite admitting that the team are playing ‘Hot and Cold’ at the moment and enduring an “Icy Wallow in defence”

Brady penned in her tabloid newspaper column:

“It may  slightly soothe supporters’ dejection that it takes two remarkable saves from Kasper Schmeichel to stop a thrilling West Ham surge late on (against Leicester) — but the fact is we lose and let in another three goals.

We are becoming a team that plays hot and cold and at the moment we are enduring an icy wallow in defence. But at times like this you have to rally round, show support and put in place an action plan to turn things around. I am sure Slaven will sort it out”
