‘Chicharito’ hits the wage jackpot

Javier4Chicharito’s switch to the Hammers is understood to have cost the club around £120k a week plus add ons.

ClaretandHugh has learned that the little Mexican has landed a deal which will put him in advance of the club’s previous highest earner Dimitri Payet with the bonus clauses.

It has emerged from our insiders that the club has invested like never before to land their ‘must have’ player and that with appearance money, goal-scoring bonuses and additional extras Little Pea could hit the £140k a week he was first reported to be demanding.

The club has gone all the way to grab the player who claims he had no hesitation in joining us once it became clear he was wanted declaring his respect for this “historic” club.

And the response across the social media networks appears to show that at last the Hammers have a genuine hero from whom 20 goals a season would not be considered an unreasonable return.

Former Hammer Frank McAvennie in welcoming the move said: ” This is the new Tony Cottee and I can see him and Diafra Sakho causing real problems to every PL defence.”

  1. In one of his interviews he said Slav had tried to buy him before when he was at Leverkusen but for one reason or another it wasn’t possible but this season it was, so there cannot be any doubt he is one of Slav’s choices, although it is an obscene amount of money he has proven pedigree and should guarantee us the goals we have been missing from our strikers it is up to us now to do some things we haven’t been doing which is to slide the ball in between and behind defenders to space we need to feed Chicharito and he will pay us back in goals, I am looking forward to seeing him and Lanzini, another that spots the space is Obiang I can’t wait for the season to start COYI !!!
