Exclusive interview with West Ham starlet

Guest post by Hammers Balkan

Luka BelicWest Ham starlet Luka Belić has joined Scottish Motherwell FC on initial six- month loan deal.

Before talking with Hammers Balkan journalist he could not hide his joy with this loan deal. “I am very satisfied with this deal, and I will try to prove my self“, he said at the beginning of the conversation. So far he has been very satisfied with the club West Ham facilities and says his new teammates and manager have accepted him very well.

“Players accepted me very well as well as the manager” Belić has revealed.

Last season he had not featured many times for the West Ham United development squad, mainly because of the injures.

“I had not played many times last season because of the injuries and I must add the competition is tough” Belić added.

“I have joined Motherwell so I could play for the first team and I hope I will earn my place in the starting lineup”  said the young Serbian player.

One more interesting thing about him is that his brother Kristijan is also member of the West Ham academy and plays for the U-18 and U-21 West Ham squads.
