Hammers pair on summer fitness regime

|

Robert Snodgrass will be among the players returning to Rush Green early next month as the squad get down to serious pre-season training.

The Scot is determined to make an impact on Manuel Pellegrini and has already released images of himself working hard on the treadmill while on holiday under a caption: “Does it ever get any easier.”

Snodgrass is known to have wanted to remain at Villa where he spent last season on loan but the opportunity of trying to impress the new Hammers boss appears to have given him a fresh lease of life.

He is seen as one of those who may well be leaving the London Stadium but it’s clear he is determined to be as fit as possible as he tries to get a new Hammers lease of life.

He’s not alone in letting the world know that he’s ready to show his worth as another potential transfer window departure Edmilson has done the same. He too posted that he was hard at it whilst back in Switzerland on his summer break.
