Hammers wait for offers on six

West Ham have still to receive an offer for any of the players they are ready to sell this summer.

Sam Byram – whose contract runs out in 2020 – is known to be available along with striker Jordan Hugill but as yet there is no buyer in sight for either.

And although the manager wants to take a look at the squad before making final decisions it looks likely that the club are ultimately likely to listen to offers for Adrian, Edmilson Fernandes, Robert Snodgrass, and Andy Carroll.

Manuel Pellegrini has made a point of declaring he will not be allowing any youngsters out on loan until he has run the rule over them and is making a point of having them all watched during pre-season.

However, he needs to make decisions on them quickly as the club heads into the busiest period of the summer with the transfer window closing early.

  1. Surely Eddi Fernandes should be classed a youngster just turned 22 and if as reported Antonio leaves must be worth keeping as a squad player, isn’t this one of pelllegrini’s forte’s bringing on young talent..? and let’s not forget he has Prem. experience and looked good at times last season, and given how thin our squad actually is he will have to be replaced if sold.COYI

    • Of the 6 named I agree I would keep Fernandes as a squad player.I feel sorry for Hugill because he should ever have been signed.Snodgrass will end up in championship for about 10mill and could be a very good buy for someone at that level Adrain will head for Spain if he gets an offer and lets hope some crazy board gambles on Carroll his twice a season cameos arent worth 90k a week as for Byram he strikes meas a lad that never applies himself I wont say he is lazy but I suspect he sees himself as having made it once he signed for a PL club and hasnt kicked on
