Gonzo is on the loose again and on this occasion having the most exciting day of his life.

Representing ClaretandHugh’s partners Hammers Chat the main man found himself on the Chadwell Heath training ground where he took part in the Heineken sponsored Hammers Heads competition.

This involved him in playing head tennis with Arthur Masuaku  as the competition went into its first round.
