One Season ticket holder asked the Baroness whether he can move seats mid-season

“Depends on where you want to move to but contact Nicola Keyes in the Ticket Office she will help & put you on waiting list if seat you want becomes available”

Challenged whether the club really does have ten Supporter Liaison Officers.

“They will all be positioned in the ground tomorrow night, ready to welcome you, listen to you, resolve any issue you have. look out for them”

On the question of being searched before entering the London Stadium

“Search is for YOUR protection & security & strongly advised by all security departments & carried out by all PL FC’s sadly no search=no entry”

Adding that “National terrorist alert currently at severe – it is for your own safety and protection and all PL clubs now do it”

On the question of the possability Payet leaving in January

“He has never said he is unhappy & was very happy to sign a new contract keeping him a West Ham United player until 2021, with a 1 year option after that”

On Payet having a buy out clause:

“I can assure you there is NO SUCH THING in his contract.”

Asked why season ticket holders are asked to show their season ticket when returning to their seats

“Stadium open all way round & issues with people sitting in seat they do not have ticket for knock on effect upset correct ticket holder hence check”

On the question of London Stadium stewards

“Our priority is our supporters. the majority of stewards do fantastic, professional work, those that do not are not welcome”

On the suggestion that all new stewards should be sacked

“We have 1,000 here at the stadium, and at Upton Park had 300 – hence regardless we have to have new stewards…”

On tomorrow’s FA Cup game with Manchester City

When challenged that an assistant was answering fans questions on twitter

“No-one has access to my twitter other than me & DG is the same”

On chances of getting a season ticket on the waiting list

“If capacity is increased to 60k  1,500 will be released to the waiting list and other than that its next season i’m afraid.”
