Jim Daly of the Daily Mirror has ranked West Ham’s Mark Noble as one of the dirtiest players in the Premier League. Mr Daly included Nobes in a top ten of players rival fans love to hate suggesting our captain was hated by rival fans.
Daily wrote: “The nastiest type of midfielder possible masked under an East End cheeky-chappie facade. West Ham fans understandably love the little terrier and it’s not hard to see why; local lad who grew up two miles away from Upton Park who has notched up 400 games for the club but to fans of any other club he’s a dirty enforcer who will not only leave his foot in, he’ll take it off, wrap it up and send it in the post to you.”
The truth is Robert Snodgrass is the West Ham player with the most fouls, his thirty seven fouls put him in fourteenth place in the league table this season followed by Cheik Kouyate with twenty seven, Michail Antonio and Winston Reid both have twenty five each. The Premier League statistics table lists Mark Noble way down in 71st place with twenty four fouls this season. Manchester Paul Pogba tops the table with fifty three fouls. Our Mark Noble dirty? I don’t think so Mr Daly!
Noble is so slow he arrives late and commits fouls virtually everytime . He is not dirty just bloody awful !
Agree bubbles.Just wait for the barrage from the Noble loyalist army to respond. Didn’t we go through this with Kevin (no legs) Nolan? No one doubts Noble’s loyalty and his courage but there comes a time when for whatever reason the legs don’t move like they used too.

Stan … have heard it all before mate . You can prove anything with statistics . Shame is statistics never scored a goal , made a tackle , headed the ball or tried running at a decent speed . Just like Noble in fact . Mind you 80% of his passes were accurate … 1% were forward !! It is the other 20% that people should look at . I can think immediately of 5 goals we have conceded because his pass was intercepted . Lets have a stastistic for what happens to the 20% , or the outcome of his being caught in possession , how many tackles he missed or fouled as a result of being too slow !! The anorachs should watch the game instead of scribbling on bits of paper .
