Well you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear as the saying goes and there was precious little entertainment to record on camera or get the fans out of their seats.
Anyway we started the day in good spirits but things started to go rapidly downhill from the moment we joined the painfully slow bag search queue. It didn’t get a lot better during the game but as you’ll know by know Diafra Sakho rescued everyone from an Allardyce-esque performance of absolute tedium . . . . . aside from that it was quite entertaining.
