  1. Define abuse Sean ?
Displeasure at his constant failure to deliver on the pitch but is still picked in front of a squad player who could do better ! Or for the manager who picks them ! Or the board that won’t pay the going price for decent players and lie to achieve their goals ?? .
Define what is classed as abuse , ?
Are supporters dumb Sean ? Are they not allowed to vent their frustration , or should we all sit there week in week out clapping the overpaid pre Madonna’s leave the park after another drubbing leaving the park ?
Not out with family ! That’s not on !
On their own or on the park , we pay good money travel by train away they drive away in their Bentley ! Yes , give them hell they deserve within reason but on a footballing issue , and let’s face it its all related to football because their not wearing the shirt with pride !or good enough Any other abuse is criminal and not football related ! These rants their facing are football related ! Polls will not solve anything like this , good football played with pride will lofl!!!

      • So what has been said that Warrants the poll , the dictionary has many variants in everyday life ! Which of the above are football related ? Apart from Carroll and alcohol abuse and lanzini,s black eye , mishandling transfers ,torture watching west ham ,doing us over about the next level ,cruel and mistreatment of players by saying better ones for 25 million quid are the cruel intentions of a deciet! Regularly or repeated violence against fellow professionals ?
So do us supporters have to accept abuse from the club and players ?
        Let’s have a poll !! 😉

  2. Can you think of a more stupid question?

    WHEN IS ABUSE EVER ACCEPTABLE?

  3. Maybe it should have been , is showing you’re displeasure at players unacceptable performance acceptable .

    • Lazurus – The amount of times I have been and players have not had bad games but still got abuse. Its defintion as well. Some fans were abusing Noble again the other night when I personally thought he was no worse than anyone else.

  4. 42 people said yes, for crying out loud. Out of everything I have ever hated going to West Ham games are so called fans abusing our own players. Despite all the things that go on, it is probably my biggest bug bare and makes me ashamed sometimes to say people around me were supposedly supporters.

Not a fan of a player, stay quiet, dont abuse him. What are you going to achieve by that accept more negativity? Embarrassing

    • Less money in pocket ! Dissatisfied by all the bullshyte that going on behind the scenes , watching players who are past there sell by date , just a couple of grieviences there , so you’re a better supporter than those who complain and are satisfied with what you see ,? Or to the point what you don’t see , don’t tell other supporters what to say because it its bolloxxx to be a hippocrite by slagging supporters who have a different point of which leaves you open dribble ? You and the like have you’re view we others have our view , deal with it ?
Just stay quiet , noble is like it every game ohhh yes let’s stay quiet and turn the other cheek shall we after all its Mr west ham were talking about , what a load of bolloxxx,

  5. Sullivan is who we all need to go after not the players. This whole **** tip of a situation is down to his meddling, big mouth and useless input in to transfers and other things he knows **** about!!!!!!!!

  6. Expressions of displeasure is one thing but abuse is never right. I wouldn’t want anything I said to be the tipping point for someone committing suicide. That sounds extreme but you never know what is going on in the persons head. One thing I used to like about going to games was the good natured, fun way fans expressed displeasure, which often gained a smile from the player suggesting that they didn’t feel personally attacked. Social media has sadly changed much in that people seem to feel it’s now acceptable to be obnoxious.

    • Bit like you’re out of date comment mate , before social media they got the same abuse but not highlighted as much ! You’re comment is personal mate its how you feel not others?
      Bit obnoxious in fact !

  7. While I agree personel abuse against anyone is unacceptable at any level, it’s a game of football at the end of the day. Define abuse directed at a player, manager, owner, opposing fans or official based on their performance over a game or period of time etc.
leading up to Bilic being sacked how much abuse did he get & by how many? Would I be right in saying 95% of the No voters were negative towards him? How many people are having a go at the owners atm, calling them liars, con-men, dildo twins? Isn’t that abuse?
Are the fans expected just to accept everything & clap when we see half arsed displaýs or are told another load of bs by the owners? Where is the line that take criticism to abuse?

  8. Eat your cucumber sandwiches, clap politely and nod your appreciation – otherwise stay quiet. Football has been killed by the PC brigade. Another working class tradition gentrified. Unless you define “abuse” this poll (once again) is pretty meaningless.

  9. Click click click ? That question has been asked already ! Absolutely meaningless ?

  10. What about a poll on who doesn’t deserve their place in the team !
People would struggle as there is to many to choose from lol!!!
That would make interesting debate 😎

  11. Or, a simple yes or no to ‘are you happy with the board’???
    I’m reasonably certain you’ll hit Goldies 86% approval rating😚

  12. 😂😂86+ lol.
