POLL: Randolph’s massive vote

RandolphDarren Randolph has received a massive vote of confidence from Irons fans ahead of this weekend’s massive fifth round FA Cup clash against Blackburn Rovers.

The No 2 goalkeeper has been a hero in the FA Cup run so far and despite Adrian being kept on the sideline the supporters believe Randolph should retain his place in the team right up to the Final if we continue to progress.

ClaretandHugh asked the question of its legions of followers and had the biggest ‘YES’ vote of any it has ever recieved in ANY poll.

The question read: Should Darren Randolph retain his place for the remainder of our FA Cup run – right up to a Wembley Final if we progress?

The response was entirely overwhelming with just over a 1,000 votes cast making it official as far as polling organisation Mori is concerned.

A total of 1,042 voted that he should , 57 that he shouldn’t with just 25 don’t knows.

  1. Right up to the final? does that include the final?

  2. We seem to be in a rare position as far as goalkeeping is concerned in that we have two who are equally capable of holding down the NO”1 spot.
