So on the face of it, the Hammer of the Year this season should be a forgone conclusion but there is one man who is quickly winning over the West Ham fans’ hearts and minds who could change all that! Who would your Hammer of the Year be if you were voting today?

Payet is no longer the complete no brainer…So hard! and no Adrian? No Cresswell? Payet is not complete forgone conclusion as there is a while to go…and consistancy is important. I’m now a big fan of Antonio – you have to just love him, but I’ve actually gone for Noble (even if I can hear the groans from everyone else!). As a club captain he has been outstanding. Almost never injured (not through holding back), has been practically ever-present, leads by example giving everything he’s got, every time. If he makes the odd mistake that is because he has about 3 (yes 3!) times as many touches as the others. Unsung hero for me…but the best bit is that SO many would be worthy winners – I’d be happy with any of them. What a team! COYI!
