Shelvey still out as Irons look for first PL win

Manu is back in the Hammers squad

Lanzini is back in the Hammers squad

Newcastle will again be without Jonjo Shelvey for the clash against the Irons as he serves out the final game of a three-match ban following his red card against Spurs.

Reports from the Geordies camp are that defenders DeAndre Yedlin and Florian Lejeune remain sidelined and although Dwight Gayle returns, Rolando Aarons faces a fitness test.

Manuel Lanzini is included in the West Ham squad for the first time this season and of course Cheik Kouyate is back in contention after his run out at Cheltenham Town.

Both are expected to play part in the 90 minutes although it would be a surprise if either were starters. Michail Antonio, who was incredibly impressive at Southampton, looks set to provide some real temp for the Irons

Andy Carroll is reported to be back in training after his latest long lay off and he faces an assessment before the final squad for the game is named.
