Song: “I want to be part of the Irons story”

Song-edited1_3197599Alex Song has given his strongest signal yet that he is ready to become a full time Hammer.

The on-loan Barcelona star has given a new interview in which he makes it clear that the Olympic Stadium project means the future for him is “great.”

He is retaining the right to make a final decision at the end of the season but it is beginning to look a very decent net that he will stay at the club

He added: “When I signed here the first thing the manager was saying to me was about the project. I want to be a part of the story. When we move we could be one of the biggest clubs in England in the next five years.

“It will be unbelievable and West Ham can look forward to playing in Europe and being able to sign more players. That bis part of being a big club.”

He added: “My future is here to help the club. I am very happy here and it is a privilege to be a West Ham player.”

He added: “I want to help the club and we will see what happens at the end of the season.

  1. Take heed Reid, I do hate it when footballers refer to any club as a project though
