“We played a really good game especially in the second half, last 15-20 of the first half they were pressing us more than we wanted, we had difficulties to come out, especially when Lanzini got injured, but the second half we were really good, of course they had their moments because they are a good passing team but we were stopping them, we let them have a ball in certain areas and we stopped them in certain areas but sometimes it was too deep, the guys defended really well as a team, as a unit and we created many chances not only from breaks but from open play. We scored two, we got have scored more, we kept a clean sheet against Liverpool at home, it’s brilliant for fans for the start of the new year so of course we are happy today”
