World catches up on CandH Hernandez news

javier-hernandez1Sky Sports are catching up with us!

ClaretandHugh reported much earlier today that Javier Hernandez is set to sign a deal with the Hammers next week after he returns from his holidays.

Now within the last few minutes under a “Breaking News ” banner, SSN declare boldly: “West Ham have agreed a deal in principle to sign Javier Hernandez from Bayer Leverkusen, according to Sky sources.”

We have little doubt that the only reason the deal has not been announced officially is because the club need to see the little Mexican’s signature on the transfer forms before broadcasting the news.

But unless there is a last minute hiccup – which is highly unlikely – Hernandez will be the second  big name to join the club following Joe Hart’s arrival on loan.

The 29 year old former Manchester United striker having been playing the Confederations Cup is on a late return to training but it now looks that it’s next stop the London Stadium
