10 changes as Irons look for revenge

|

West Ham boss David Moyes has made 10 changes to the Hammers team that was dramatically beaten in the fonal moments on Sunday.

Only Jarrod Bowen keeps his place and Alex Kral will make his first appearance for the club in a midfield short of Tomas Soucek and Declan Rice.

As expected Alphone Areola makes his debut between the posts and Mark Noble is back in midfield with Manu Lanzini also involved.

The Manchester United side is also much changed from Sunday with their team looking like this:  Henderson, Dalot, Lindelof, Bailly, Telles, Matic, Van de Beek, Sancho, Mata, Lingard, Martial.

Despite many believing he may play a stronger team as the club looks to win a trophy for the first time in 40 years Moyes has gone safety first – probably wisely – ahead of the match against Leeds on Saturday.

As a result there’s no place for Mikey Antonio who will presumably return at Elland Road.
