50 years on…Hammer holds key to major trophy

|

PayetheavenIt will become the crowning moment in an extraordinary year for Dimi Payet.

And just as they did when England won the World Cup in 1966 the Hammers will have a massive stake in a France Euro 2016 victory against Portugal in Paris tomorrow night (Sun).

Precisely 50 years on West Ham look to provide the key which unlocks a major trophy for one of it’s players nation via the midfield maestro!

His moment of destiny awaits and every Hammers fan will be cheering him on as he goes for glory.

The midfield maestro’s road to the Finals has been rocky but he is now being hailed as one of the world’s best after Didier Deschamps was forced to include him in the squad having ignored him for a long time.

Dimi – as of course WE knew he would – has taken to tournament by storm and has regularly maintained his move to West Ham has helped turn him into the player now admired throughout the world.

And we are now preparing to add his name to a roll of honour which of course incudes Moore, Hurst and Peters as an Iron who knows what it takes to win international tournaments.

Go Dimi and ….COYI

Dechumps is a ruthless bugger ! He hauled off dimi with 20 to go after a performance way below his norm , with his defending ability shown up to be zero . Sissoko stayed on the pitch with kante replacing dimi , add to that they scored another goal after he left the field and add on top of that the beating of the krouts , the question will be asked will he start with dimi or the team that finished the game , minus cabaye for matuidi ? Portugal will be a totally different game with more time and space for dimi to weave his magic , the question is will he start or not ! IMO , yes , dechumps choice is whether to play sissoko or payet as kante will start without doubt ! Let’s hope he starts with dimi , its a no brainer for me but the french are a weird lot , did anyone else notice or is it just me that griezeman had his nose put out of joint as all the hype surrounding payet reached super status, all of a sudden griezeman is top johnny and normal service has been resumed , IMO he couldn’t lick payets boots , but then I’m not french , just a bias hammer lol.
