Hammers eye Saints winger

TadicWest Ham have added Dusan Tadic to their list of left wing targets after Stoke City put the block on us signing Marko Arnuatovic.

The Hammers are known to be keen on West Brom’s Nacer Chadli but the 28 year old Tadic is also in their sights as the hunt goes on.

Tadic had an off colour campaign for Saints last season but he is a talented operator and the 2016/17 campaign at work in the Hammers favour should they get into negotiations with the south coast club.

He still has a lot to offer at the highest level but whether Saints would be interested in taking Robert Snodgrass as part of the deal remains to be seen.

The former FC Twente man moved to St Mary’s in the summer of 2014, for a fee believed to be in the region of £10.9 million, and the Saints would look for a profit should they decide to sell one of their best attacking players.

Bilic is determined to play with two out and out wingers this season and Tadic is hard to defend against offering the Hammers something currently lacking in the team.

  1. Tadic is a talented player, would prefer Marko but not a bad second best.

  2. We were linked with him back in June he didn’t have the best season under Puel and supposedly had a fall out with him along with other players. For positional reasons and such so be careful Bilic.
But I like Tadic he is tough Serb and shows up in big games and has pulled out screamers with mins to go to clinch game. If could swoopnfor £13m or so would be a good signm as £25m for Marko is much that’s a 3rs of our kitty

  3. Was JRS suggesting that Serbs and Croats don’t get along?
They have had the odd war or two between them, but I think Bilic is a much more cultured person for this sort of nationalistic bull-****!
Either Amautovic or Tadic would be useful additions!

    • No I wasn’t just said he was tough player (used Serb instead of player bc it is is nationality) nothing to do with Bilics Nationality.
Think u suggested I was only talking football

  4. We have been favoured by bookies at getting Keita Balde at 8/1 with Chelsea and Juve ahead.
Balse would be worth £25m at 22 finishing last season with 16 goals and 3 assists. LW and two Footed which we could use and can play across any position up front.
I think I might be younger then what Bilic is looking doe but would actually have value in 4 years and £17m release clause and would start here if he preforms like he did at Lazio.
I would take him over Arnie , Chadli or Tadic
