Joe Hart has received a warning he may face a spell on the West Ham sidelines after a mixed season.
At the same time as many consider his England place is under threat David Moyes has position as West Ham’s No 1 is in danger.
And the manager has made it clear to Adrian that he will be going nowhere in January as the keeper prepares to take over from Hart in today’s game at the Etihad.
He told the Spaniard: “I need two experienced goalkeepers.He won’t be leaving here in January.”
Hart is currently the No.1 choice for England boss Gareth Southgate but that role could be in jeopardy if he fails to re-establish himself at West Ham.
Moyes added: “If someone comes in, they have to show me they are good enough to play – and Adrian will get that chance as well.”
And the manager admitted: “It has been mixed with Joe.
“I have seen some good stuff and stuff which hasn’t been so good.”
From. That is sounds like we can send him back in Jan. Waatw of wages & loans fee should have been spent on a CB bad recruitment just going after big names.
You can find a decent #2 for £2m think that’s what Jakonpovic (excuse spelling),went for £1.9m
He shouldnt be England’s #1 either.
I believe there is pressure to play Hart bc he is England’s #1 & his wages & has to play to start for England.
And if Adrian has a Blinder or even decent game & Hart goes back in I will believe that’s true
Absolutely , Laz . Imo Hart should never have been England’s No one in the first place .
Should never be West Hams No one either . Should never have bought him . I sometimes shudder to think what goes on in that Boardroom .
He’s a clown , over rated and always has been , Adrian is a better keeper all round ! Wrongly dropped by bilic to accommodate a bigger clown in Randolph , another bilic masterpiece lol!
Total waste of money , another bilic Sullivan cockup is hart ? He’s been found out far to late in his career , pep said buy buy asap when he got the job . why ? Because he can see crap where most can’t ! It would be interesting to get the goals conceded in the last season and a half and compare with the rest ? Regardless of our defence , include Roma,s and it will be quite damning ! Keep Adrian in goal, period ! No brainer for me !
