Aaron Cresswell latest

Aaron Cresswell is again set to be missing from the Hammers squad which travels to Palace for the New Year’s Day fixture tomorrow.

The left back is still suffering from the back injury he sustained when clearing a dangerous situation off the line against Manchester City and colliding with the upright.

We have learned he was close being included in the squad on the morning of the win over Watford but felt some pain again later on and was excluded.

He will again be tested on Saturday morning but it is difficult to imagine that he can be involved at Selhurst Park after a month’s absence anyway.

Meanwhile, Kurt Zouma continues to make good progress from his knee injury and an end of January/early February return is on the cards for the central defender.

However, Angelo Ogbonna looks certain to be out for the season with hopefully a replacement lined up in the winter window.
