Adrian makes his feelings known

AdrianAdrian has made it clear he could be on his way from West Ham unless they start challenging for more than Premier League survival.

The goalkeeper is heading into talks with the club who hold an option on him this summer but the 30 year has made it clear he wants to know where and how quickly the club intends to start challenging.

And in a frank interview with Estadio Deportivo ย he is reported as saying: “I want to know the intentions of the club about me and see their project.

We must fight for higher targets and not just for staying in the Premier League. This is my fourth season here and I want to fight for something else.โ€

Although he is now back in the manager’s plans, the Spaniard may have become unsettled after being dropped for an extended period in favour of Darren Randolph and talks are likely to be more difficult given that and the fact the Hammers the club is looking for fresh blood between the sticks anyway.

I’d like to find the answer to that question as well before I commit to renewing my ST.

That’s a very good question, Adrian . At least you are with the Fans on that one .

Well said Adrian, if you find out can you let us know ?

  • Dunlopilo says:

He is gone. Malaga has made him an offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to trade the sun of Malaga, not to mention the food and the people, for the gray skies in England…

He’s obviously oved it here so far, so give him the right assurances, and he will love it some more. Then he can re-assure us by staying.

The answer to this question probably won’t please him. I don’t think the owners have lowered their expectations- well they are not going to even if they have I guess! But last season was obviously a ‘one off’ ‘. The old order has been pretty much restored. Few teams outside the top 6 had much success against them & even Sunderkand were not massively off the pace at the bottom. So after Everton it was pretty much a scrap for survival. Hard to see that changing, apart from Everton maybe joining those six. Man U will be stronger & I think Arsenal will strengthen. Man C definitely stronger. Let’s hope we can be near the top of the ‘also rans’.

Cheeky sod, some of his performances contributed to our poor season, sort yourself out son before you start demanding…

If we are linked with players like Inneachi and leeds centre forward he will definitely not sign, club are looking at players who are simply not good enough to bring us to the next level. Until whoever is making decisions on transfers get their acts together then we are in for another disappointing season. I fully agree with Adrian.

I read what you said about Ienacho being awful johnham i am still laughing now about that comment.I dont know whether you are a football fan or a netball fan after what you said.
If you think he is awful you certainly have little grasp of what a good footballer is.
