The agent in charge of West Ham midfielder Cheikou Kouyate’s representative company has publicly discussed on the value of the  Hammers player as a comparison. Jacques Lichtenstein was speaking to Belgium website L’Avenir when gave an example how his client Kouyate has increased in value since joining West Ham. Liechtenstein, who is the director of Kouyate’s agency Eleven Management said “Cheikhou Kouyaté is the perfect example. He was never in the top five and he sold for 8 million euros (£6.8 million) to West Ham. He is now worth 25 million Euros (£21.3 million).”

The midfielder who has recently returned from international duty with Senegal has made 19 appearances this season totalling 1671 minutes making 617 passed with an overall accuracy of 83%
