Nayef Aguerd may miss the international break with his country Morocco. Although he was reported elsewhere as having picked up an injury the truth is that he is still at the club being checked out for concussion after taking a knock to the head in the game against Nottingham Forest. He really did look pretty groggy following that the club are determined to find out whether he will need to serve time off for concussion as is the protocol these days.

Aguerd may miss international break
Morocco face one game during the break – next week against Tanzania and the club’s medics will be making the decision as a result of the knock as to whether he is fit to travel for possible inclusion in the match or not. Frankly, there’s not many of us who would not prefer him to stay at home given the upcoming games against Burnley, Backa Topola, Crystal Palace, Spurs and Fulham with three of the Premier League games being played away from home.
Our London Stadium source explained that at the moment he was still at the club adding: : “He might travel later in the week. Our medics will make a decision on the concussion issue.”
