Ajeti in Scotland report denied

|

A report that Albian Ajeti has arrived in Scotland ahead of a loan move to Celtic has been denied by a club insider.

Sky Sports claimed the West Ham striker is in Glasgow to complete his loan move to Celtic adding that the Switzerland international and his agent are finalising terms with the Scottish champions on Monday and he is due to undergo a medical in the next 24 hours.

The insider said the player was not in Scotland and was not about to undergo a medical as claimed.

The situation hasn’t changed in the last few weeks while the player has been in Satrdenina on holiday and he has yet to agree on personal terms to make the move happen.

West Ham and Celtic agreed on a loan move with a £4.5m option to buy but Ajeti asked for more time.

Ajeti is due back to Rush Green on Sunday to undergo testing with the rest of the West Ham squad.

    Is it true or not?
    Boring.

When the confusing loan/sale of a player like Ajeti…… is the biggest news coming out of West Ham with the transfer window open, on the back of a nail-biting skin of the teeth premiership survival and pre-season just around the corner (literally)…
Then you can be sure that we are a club “Financially” on its knees 😳
