All change for the Hammers

It’s all change for the Hammers at Liverpool tonight.

David Moyes has virtually changed the back line as the Hammers take on the fastest attack in the Premier League at Anfield.

He has recalled Angelo Ogbonna who has made just five appearances in the Premier League this season – his last against Fulham in the 5-0 hammering. Ben Johnson too gets a recall after playing against Lincoln City and Backa Topola with his last appearance being for the under 21s. Konstantinos Mavropanos is also included with Vladimir Coufal the only back four defender keeping his place following the Wolves win.

They line up in front of fit again keeper Alphonse Areola.

Thankfully Edson Alvarez is included in a defensive midfield role in front of a back four which looks likely to need a lot of help. Lucas Paqueta is missing from the midfield with Tomas Soucek, Pablo Fornals and the, so far this season, ineffective Said Benrahma being called into the starting line up.

Things of course look a lot better up front when Jarrod Bowen and Mo Kudus will look to continue their great scoring form which saw them grab the three goals between them against Wolves at the weekend. Hopefully not but it could be a long night given the line up.
