All change for West Ham maybe

One West Ham Premier League fixture in April has been rescheduled for TV.

The London Derby against Chelsea at London Stadium has been moved to Sunday 5 April at 2 pm and will be broadcast live in the UK by Sky Sports.

There is also a chance that the away game at Spurs scheduled for Friday 20 March at 8 pm for TVĀ  could be moved again if the rivals defeat Norwich City in the Emirates FA Cup fifth round on Wednesday 4th March, as the sixth round is scheduled for the same weekend.

One further game is also up in the air with Sky wanting to move the Newcastle v West Ham game to a Friday evening but the Premier League have yet to approve it.

Mark Douglas who is the Newcastle Chronicle Football publishing editor said that Sky picked the game to move to 10th April but it is thought that other stakeholders objected.

He posted an update on social media saying ” Newcastle v West Ham “at the moment, 3pm kick off stands”. But understood they’re liaising with safety groups and police as the game *was* picked by Sky for TV coverage originally. Will let you know when we have a date finalised”

A number of games have already been re-scheduled in February and March for TV.

The away fixture at Liverpool is played on Monday 24 February at 8 pm broadcast live in the UK by Sky Sports.

The home Premier League game against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the London Stadium, originally scheduled for 3 pm on Saturday 14th March, will now be played on Sunday 15th March with a 2 pm kick-off.

  1. I was getting excited from the headline, thought they had sacked Moyes……..

  2. With supporters like above no wonder we are in trouble
Suppose you was going to apply for the job then?

  3. Trevor I agree with you . I was hoping it was Moyes out , the owners out or Noble being put out to pasture . ….. and what did we get . A possible rearrangement of a game ….. what a let down .

  4. Yeah well done you wonderful fans. Just assassinated the owners, the manager and the cub captain in one spiteful, smart arse mouthful. That’s really gonna help
