All Irons fingers crossed and congratulations to Moyes

|

Every finger will be crossed among Hammers fans that Nayef Aguerd is passed fit to take his place at the centre of defence against the Spuds later on.

We have had much negative stuff to say about David Moyes this season but in fairness it has to be said that the Moroccan has looked worth every penny the club paid for him so congratulations to the manager for that.

We have looked a different side at times -certainly at the back – since he recovered from earlier injuries despite the regular poor offensive  starts to games from the entire team.

Moyes – as a former central defender himself – clearly knows a bargain when he sees one in that area and £30k plus for the guy was a snip.

We can only hope and pray that the 26 year old is ready to play for against this front line his absence would look to be critical.
