All the transfer rumours rated -midsummer round up

The rumour mill continues at full pelt – here’s how things are looking right now

Felipe Anderson: They want more,  we say no…game of bluff and counter bluff

Alfie Mawson: Slipped right down the priority list as Pellegrini doesn’t want relegated players

Jack Wilshere: It keep coming up but wer’e told it’s a non starter

Javier Pastore: No chance at £170k a week

Jack Butland: Hammers reconsidering need for another keeper so no better than middling bet

Jean Seri: The attacking midfielder has a £40 million release clause in his contract – maybe next port of call if Anderson finally falls through.

Armando Izzo: A live option right now at around £12 million from Genoa but looks a cheap and second choice option

Jordan Ayew: His brother doesn’t like us much so don’t hold your breath

  1. A couple of ‘dark horses’ to add to your list Hugh!
    1. Mario Balotelli
    2. Alex Song

  2. I forgot to add Juan Quintero, the attacking play-maker from Colombia

  3. We would need to ship quite a few out to fund Anderson and Seri, but it would be fantastic to get those two in.
On a free, Balotelli is a no brainer. He has calmed down and has played with Arnie before.

    Fabianski/Adrian
    Fredericks Diop. Ogbonna. Lukaku/Masuaku
    Rice. Obiang
    Seri. Anderson
    Arnautovic. Hernandez/Balotelli

Looks a good side to me.

  4. I’m glad Jordan Ayew doesn’t like us,because surely his brother is better and we sold him, feelings are mutual with JA.On the other hand I’d like to see Seri signed. COYI

  5. I heard that Seri had only 1 year left on his contract. If it’s true then the 40 million euros release clause shouldn’t mean much. No club would pay that; they would take him for nothing next year. That means it can be negotiated.
