Allardyce on Carroll’s comeback

CarrollallardyceSam Allardyce has refused to deny that Andy Carroll could be back in action by the end of October!

Carroll is known to be desperate to make a return for the match against champions Manchester City on the 29th.

This site ran a story earlier in the week based on the return date given by well regarded www.physioroom.com – which was removed 24 hours later.

Since then reports have quoted Andy himself as being the guy who is pushing for the early return although the manager – whilst being unhappy with all the speculation – refuses to deny it.

Speaking in his press conference he declared: “I’m not going to put a timeline on it. He has started some jogging.”

He then claimed it was wrong to do so and that everybody would be guided by the specialist and medics.

But no denial!

  1. Where you going to play him Sam when you only intend to play 1 up top along side your mate Nolan?
