Ambitious Hammers youngster could be the key that unlocks Disasi transfer

West Ham United fans have made it very clear what they think of Axel Disasi: The Chelsea loanee has become an integral part of the Hammers defence and the Irons have lost just twice since he arrived. A huge turnaround in form orchestrated by one who was deemed to be unfit and have an ‘attitude’.

The French centre-back has been an exemplary professional and seems to be relishing his role at London Stadium.

Unfortunately there’s no right for the Irons to acquire Disasi at the end of the ‘dry’ loan spell. Chelsea have made it clear they have no intention of keeping the centre back, but will more than likely seek to price him above West Ham’s very meagre summer budget (especially in view of last year’s awful accounts reveal: West Ham, more so than ever, will likely be selling players in the summer.).

Turning heads and making waves at West Ham – el Hadji Malick Diouf

However the other story that has been gaining traction in  recent weeks is the Blues’ interest in West Ham’s very own twenty one year old buccaneering wing back el-Hadji Malick Diouf.  As various social media accounts and mainstream news sites such as yahoo commented last week:

After a rock-solid season in the Premier League, El Hadji Malick Diouf is turning heads. The young Senegalese defender, who joined from SK Slavia Prague last summer, quickly established himself in the West Ham squad.

At just 21 years old, he has already featured in 23 league matches and provided five assists, showcasing his attacking prowess from the left-back position. His performances have particularly caught the eye of Chelsea, who are looking to bolster this area of their squad in the upcoming transfer window.”

Whilst Nuno would love to keep hold of everyone in the summer – assuming West Ham stay in the Premier League – Malick Diouf has already famously signposted his ambition to play for a ‘top five’ club : Selling him to Chelsea at a profit, and ensuring that the defender is part of the deal, could prove the key to unlock an Axel Disasi permanent transfer to West Ham and prove a shrewd – if somewhat bittersweet – bit of summer transfer business.

Just a shame we couldn’t offload Max Kilman in that deal instead.

From the old Bobby Moore Upper to the Billy Bonds' stand these days - sometimes- have to admit I have not renewed my season ticket... I've been watching since '03 and a supporter since about 1970..
Favourite player - Dean Ashton: Still watch YouTube repeats of the Cup Final of 2006 hoping in vain that Shaka Hislop grows six inches and stops Steven Gerrard's injury time equaliser. Can tell I'm getting old knowing I saw both Mark Noble's debut and his last game at West Ham.
Pulling on a Claret and Blue replica shirt still makes me feel the same butterflies as when I was seven years old. Magic.

His heart is not in any team only in his pocket.
How much are Spurs likely to get for him_a loss?

If Tottenham are relegated do we go for Kudus to return?

Don’t stop there. Let’s go the full hog to improve dressing room spirit and team unity, get Paqueta back for a start. Then we could try to lure Ince and Defoe out of retirement.
What a cracking atmosphere that would generate.
Kudus’s heart is already sold to Atletico, if you listen carefully via a stethoscope, you too could hear it🙄.
