Anderson sees Hammers investment paying off

He told the official website: “We knew that the [Liverpool] match was going to be very hard, as their attack is really fast and they score a lot of goals. We prepared for the match well, but this is a very new team and we still have a way to go to get to our best form.

We have very good expectations for the season, this team wants to play beautiful football and, with a bit more time, all the new signings are going to adapt.

The club made a big investment and now what we need to do is to work to make things go well.”

The Brazilian caught the eye during his time on the pitch and may be switched to the No 10 role when Bournemouth arrive on Saturday afternoon.

  1. We need to get a hold of the midfield of Bournemouth, either Obiang / Sanchez or both should be included to get about them, Calumn Wilson and Fraser are a handful we have to deny the supply into them whilst when we have the ball providing a platform for the pace in our team to run at Bournemouth I am looking forward to it and hoping for a good result COYI !!!

  2. We all love Dec but we have to up our game. We did not spend to stay. We spent. to prove a point. Carlos should help in man marking and cutting supply to the threats upcoming opposition. We should have Anderson in the mid and not on the wings. Antonio, Snoddy and Yarmolenko should get the flanks. We need to keep possession because you know “If the opposition does not have the ball, they can’t score.”
We can do more than just survive.
    COYI!!!!!!!
