Another Borges of interest

West Ham United are now interested in signing another Borges, this time the FC Porto winger Goncalo Borges, according to various Italian news outlets,   as the clock ticks down to the  end of the summer transfer window, .

As with any player who is halfway decent, there are always potential suitors, Everton being one of them.

The 22 year old right winger is apparently very fleet of foot and in his debut season in the first team contributed a couple of goals

There are some doubts however, he currently plays in the Portuguese second tier and there is always concern for overseas players to whether they can step up to the hurly burly of the Premier League.

He is available for a paltry £2m according to transfermarkt

We do need back up on our wings as we only have Jarrod Bowen and the frequently crocked and unused Maxwel Cornet available.
