Another home thrashing – the fans speak out!

|
ClretandHugh’s Facebook followers have their say on a terrible defeat that sends us a little bit further towards the trap door when looking at goal difference.
O Moyes must be a proper inspirational speech maker at half time, we went in with our tails up, over our mistakes, everything to play for and then came back out like a damp squid…
We really are in deep poo ..
O Think we’ll go down, Huddersfield will get a point last game to send us.
O We’ll be fine. I reckon we could lose the rest of our games and still stay up due to Huddersfield’s run in
O Cannot believe, even with our threadbare squad, that anyone wants the dour one as the manager.
O We have just had our backsides spanked by probably one of the best teams the Premier League has ever seen , yep we were bad but they can make any team look bad , stop whinging onwards and upwards (hopefully).

O Well, if the board needed to see why keeping Moyes would be a mistake, we saw it this afternoon
O Another 4 – 1 defeat. It’s so depressing. How many such scorlines this season.
No spark no imagination and most of all no fight.
O This is all getting rather tedious. That was Man City in 2nd gear, they are so good. I thought we did ok at points but were outplayed by a much better team.
O Stay up or go down…my optimism has finally been exhausted.
I give in. I almost no longer care.

Rabbit’s in headlights spring’s to mind to me ? Up untill the clash with Arnie and their goalkeeper, which to me again was a fair 50/ 50 challenge and a good goal, but no the ref and linesman thought different? The team decided to play and give it ago and got a goal ! Then halftime came and all the fire the hammers had shown just before halftime disappeared? What had happened in the dressing room in there team talk no one but the team and management knows?? But the second half the “Rabbit’s in headlights ” came back?? WTF is going on? We need 3 points and its all starting to look like every things going Pete Tong??? Simple west ham SORT IT OUT!!!!

Sounds like a lot of negative but fair comment.
Given todays performance, I’d say sell the whole team apart from Rice.
But hey, next game is the important one….

I always thought this game was damage limitation. Leicester next week will be the decider. Palace turning them over 5-0 was the worst result because Leicester will react.
I’ve got a terrible feeling BFS is going to come back and haunt us……

    Pathetic

Really depressing how on earth is moyes in a job he must be really cheap to hire. Takes lanzini off because of him not strong enough to hold the ball and that’s correct actually as Manu it’s his weakness. But puts on a lazy not so technically good as Manu and just as easily knocked off the ball as him. Leaves poor arnie on his own up front when you see his interpassing with Manu being on the same wavelength and koy who’s nowhere near the player he used to be is left on to be passed every time by admittedly after Barca the second best team in the world with certainly the best coach in the world today. One big mess we are and we need alot more quality players this summer and getting rid of two keepers cresswell koy fernandes hugil chich Carroll Mario loaned should with the pot of gold from sky be enough to create a much better side. Oh and moyes must not be anywhere near our club to even think he can know who to get in .

Personally I think BFS will bang in the final nails with Everton winning and goal difference sending us down. Then he will gloat about what is the West Ham way, being a yoyo club even with the alleged academy turning out youngsters who are never good enough.

We need to be positive starting with the management team and win one of the final 3 games. The last thing we need is for the clowns in charge to be thinking a point is a good result and continue with our negative approach.
