Antonio happy with show of true grit

|

Randolph_2873714Michail Antonio believes the Hammers showed their tremendous resilience after the events of last weekend claiming we showed courage.

He said: “We showed we have determination and grit and what happened in the past doesn’t affect us. A great point away and we have to push on and build on this.

“I managed to finally score with my feet! If it was my head again. The celebration was (the dance move) ‘Running Man’. I am sticking with the 90s theme.

“We are working week in week out to move forward and we have to keep building. It’s a massive show of character today. We have shown we have the players to do it.”

And keeper Darren Randolph added:  “We battled hard and managed to get ourselves ahead in the game. But I’m upset with the equaliser. It’s one of those things, it happens. We move on.”
