Ayew to help Payet get even better

West-Ham-United-Unveil-New-Signing-Andre-AyewAndre Ayew believes he is about to help Dimitri Payet become an even better player after his transfer-busting move to the the club.

It sems unbeleiveable that Ayew cost virtually double what we paid for the French superstar but the new boy clearly believes it’s going to be well worth it.

He said: “I know what he did last season and he can do even more, so now I’m back with him we’re going to work together with the whole team and do everything possible to make things right.

“He’s a friend of mine as we played two or three years together at Marseille.

“I know him and he knows me and I’m happy to be back playing with a great player like him, because I know what he is capable of doing.

“You have Dimitri, Sofiane Feghouli, Michail Antonio, Andy Carroll – the club is getting to another level and these are the players you need to get here.

“Hopefully we can keep the unity to make things work.”

  1. I must say, looking at our first team squad sheet does make me purr – also great to see the young ones slowly making the grade.

We seem to have achieved a great blend. 🙂

  2. He seems to have the right mentality and ethics to click with an already hard working team.

  3. Him & Payet had a really good understanding when I watched them play for OM,it can only benefit us that’s for sure.

  4. Yeah your right Tone, they seemed to compliment one another really well there, lets hope it continues for us.

  5. They did indeed Rick, they linked up really well at OM.There again as an inarticulate chump what do I know Lol
