Ayew up for goal award

andre-ayew-west-ham_3766957Andre Ayew’s Crystal Palace goal has been nominated for the Premier League’s October Goal of the Month.

The fabulous effort came at the end of a week when the striker had scored a brace against Spurs and was definitely the Hammers goal of the season so far.

He faces competition from Liverpool’s Phillippe Coutinho for his goal at Newcastle United, Pedro for Chelsea against Watford, Sofiane Boufal’s individual effort for Southampton against West Bromwich Albion and Jamie Vardy’s goal for Leicester City against Everton.

Three of Manchester City’s seven goals against Stoke City are also in line for the award – Fernandinho, Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane.

Visit the official site @ www.whufc.com where you can help Ayew grab the award by casting your vote.
