Benny, Daws, Mikey injury updates

CandH Exclusive by Hughie Southon

West Ham have received decent news on the three players who took knocks in the weekend game against Norwich City.

With two highly important games left against Manchester City on Sunday and Brighton and Hove Albion as our final fixtures, David Moyes will need to put out his strongest sides if humanly possible as we bid to overhaul Manchester United and make it into the top six.

Said Benrahma looked the most serious of the trio as he was spotted on crutches as he left Carrow

Road but we were told today that the medical staff believe he may have as high as a 60-40 chance of making the game having checked him over today

Both Mikey Antonio – who thankfully was back among the goals on Sunday – suffered a knock on his hip but is expected to be fit for the weekend.

And the hugely resilient Craig Dawson – who has played through a number of knocks all season – is also expected from aa calf injury he picked up in the 4-0 victory.

  1. Think we will go 4-4-2 though. With Bowen up top with Antonio.
Fornals,Soucek,Rice and Lanzini across the middle. Pity as City could be vunerable at the back. Their weak link will be Zvinchenko as will be ours if Cresswell plays. We need to keep Cancello at bay he’ll be bombing up the right flank, unless Pep doea a canny switch with him at left back.

  2. We need Daws!!! HOTY
