Benrahma convinced Hammers back to winning ways
Saïd Benrahma may or may not be involved at Burnley this afternoon (Sat) but regardless of that he is convinced the Hammers are on their winning ways. Benny hasn’t been in the best form this season – inconsistency is probably the key word but he seems well convinced that Burnley can be our second win on the trot after the team defeated Nottingham Forest before the international break.
The Irons showed plenty of determination and enthusiasm against Forest without entirely convincing the fans but Benny believes the Irons are set for another three points today and possibly seventh place.
He said: “The Nottingham Forest win was a good one for us. It was a win we needed because we had some bad results in the last couple of weeks before. Nottingham Forest was a difficult match but we were able to come back from being behind. “We were competitive, we got the win and I hope we can continue that this weekend at Burnley.”

He told www.whufc.com@ “There are no easy games when you play in the Premier League. We are preparing in the same way as we did in the last game. We just need to go out and play well, and we need to get the win.
“We’re looking for another three points. We’re doing the work we need to do in order to get a win.”

Benrahma knows the Hammers are currently facing face a pivotal few weeks in their league campaign. Having played in Europe for the last three seasons, the No22 is targeting another spot in a European competition in the 2024/25 campaign.
He said: “We started the season well. We had a bit of a dip after that but we’re getting back to the best form. We’ve been working hard to get back up the league and we have a good team. We have a good team and I know we’ve got wins coming our way if we keep playing this way.
“We’re aiming to finish in the top seven or even the top six. We have a team good enough to do that. We’re aiming for a high position in the league. We just need to work and focus and play football in our style.”
