Besiktas President Fikret Ormanhas claimed West Ham have bid three million euros for Atiba Hutchinson and that it has been rejected.Speaking to the Turkish media,the Besiktas president said the club don’t want to sell Hutchinson or Gokhan Tore.
The president is quoted on the Turkish website Turkiye as saying “Bilic, suggested 3 million euros for Atiba. We rejected this proposal and thanked him. Atibaia has one more year contract with us, we want to extend his contract. I am not willing to sell Gokhan Tore. I want him to play in the Champions League “
“Yes I want Gokhan Tore and Atiba Hutchinson, they are targets,” Bilic told Turkish television last week.
“We also have others but they are major targets. Will it happen? Nobody can say yet but we want him.I want one transfer for both. More than one thing has to happen for this deal. When a club wants a player it depends on how much [Besiktas] want to sell a player and how much they are asking.”

No idea why we want Hutchinson but I can see why we need Tore, just pay the money for Tore and Laccerette and stop wasting everyone’s time. We need these players and a RB. Young Oxford can cover CB and CM

With Byram probably 1 year way Hutchinson would have been good cover at RB plus cover for Kouyate and Noble,
At £3 million he would be worth the money but no more,
