Bilic and Jurcevic charged by the FA

MicSlaven Bilic and his assistant manager Nikola Jurcevic have been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association following Saturday’s 2-2 draw with West Brom.

Bilic was sent off by referee Michael Oliver after throwing a TV microphone to the ground in reaction to Gareth McAuley’s injury-time equaliser in the 94th minute.

mic2Hammers assistant boss Nikola Jurcevic has also been charged with misconduct in the 19th after he confronted a linesman after a West Ham goal from Feghouli was disallowed.

Both have until 6pm on Thursday, 16th February to respond.

Both Bilic and Jurcevic could be handed touchline bans, as well as fines, if found guilty of the charges. As we reported earlier Bilic is likely to be fined £8,000 and get a one-match touchline ban as it is his first offense.

  1. Well he did a moriniho dummy thing , didn’t he ?? I hope he’s not gonna take after him, and be a miserable full time nasty git

  2. Need a bit of perspective here. Slav was so frustrated at what he saw as bad decisions yet stayed reasonably in control until the throw on decision. Watched it so many times but still can’t see it touching our player or being deflected . Then it was taken from almost ten yards further forward. This got the ball into our back space, which resulted in a corner. Taken from the correct place it would probably been off for another throw not a corner. Even if it’s proven it did come off our guy, it’s still debatable where it was taken from. Having said all that, our defending from the corner was abysmal. No excuses there.

  3. He should have just helf the microphone to his mouth and shouted at Oliver “IT WASN’T A F***ING THROW IN !!!!
