Bilic claims all at peace with Sakho

sakslavIt seems peace has final broken out between Slaven Bilic and Diafra Sakho.

There have been numerous stories of apparent unrest between the pair but the manager has now spoken publicly about the “issue” and clams the striker has  “balanced his head.”

He told the official site: “Sakho, there have been stories about him in the transfer window and all that, but he stayed and he’s balanced his head here.

“He is training good and that’s why he is playing in most of the games, because he looks good and sharp in training. That’s why he came on, on Saturday, and he did his job. That’s why he’s in my plans.

“I spoke to him a couple of times but it’s more about him. His problem was that, the whole of last season, he was out and he was injured and had problems and an operation.

“Now he feels fit and he is training better and more regularly and, because he is training better, I am using him and that is balancing his head.

“We didn’t want to let him go. He had a couple of talks with the Chairman and with me and it all helped, but it was mostly him, because if the person doesn’t want to do it, you can’t make it good enough to play the game. It was him who wanted to be here, for him and for us.”

  1. He’ll be off as soon as he can. Who can blame him?

  2. He is a natural goal scorer- when fit. So is Hernandez. We ought to be able to get enough goals out of those two to make us nearly safe by Jan.

Like a lot of people on here I see those two as the main strike force now. AC as impact/ backup player. But makes no sense to me to keep playing Carroll – not scoring- & messing the other two about, when theyARE scoring. I am probably missing some deep tactical issue, but don’t try explaining it to me!

  3. He is very happy at West Ham = increase your bid in January

  4. Pair of lying bas***ds in my view. Whilst I’d like to see Chic and Sakho up front, I’m not forgetting what a treacherous little shyte he is. And Bilic is obviously back on the whacky Baccy to come out and say this. Sakho is content cos there isn’t a transfer window he can jump out of currently. Wait til January guys and see!
