Bilic given hero’s farewell

|

bilic_234636Slaven Bilic was given a hero’s farewell from Beşiktaş fans who turned up en masse to meet him at the Sabiha Gökçen airport before he left Turkey earlier this week. The passionate fans chanted his name, unveiled a large banner thanking him for the work he did at the club over the past two seasons and carried Bilic on their shoulders. Bilic was hugely popular with the fans at Besiktas and the largest fan group Çarşı protested  at the boards decision not to keep him on when it was revealed that he would be leaving.

  • Dangermouses Bros says:

Lmao,so the besiktas fans loved him for what he did,but he gets ripped to shreads on whtid by some for only getting them to third in a poor league.Show what the hell the gum flapping idiots like RoHammer knows.Banging out this type of pigeons dropping from his mush!

  • HamburgHammer says:

But who could be that mystery man apparently still targeted by our board they won’t tell us about ?

  • rads says:

If they told us it wouldnt be a mystery H,that would spoil all the fun for the manager obsessed fans, lol 😉

  • bubs says:

Well that was a different story than when BFS left, not sure if there was a banner at the Taxi rank,
Exciting Rads, who is the mystery man ?
Cough,s boy out of work, does a good job with bad squads what could he do with some good players ?

  • bubs says:

Just read Trevor Sinclairs article about giving Palo Di Cannio the job,I would be quite happy to go on a roller coaster ride with my hero,
What’s not to like,if he could get the team to play with 50% of the entertainment value he brought as a player it would give us a season to remember before we left the Bolynn,
Yes I am crazy but had enough of boring football

  • rads says:

If we bring in Bilic i think it would be great to try to bring in some ex players to work with him.Maybe Dicks,Rio if he fancies it.We had enough of hippo taking us as far away from we want to try to be.This is an ideal opportunity for us to get a real West Ham UNITED feel back again 😉

  • Quickdraw de Boer no more says:

I’d love a combo set up Bilic/Dicks/Di Canio first team,Ludo goalie coach,Repka discipline coach,Frankie Mc team bonding guru,Devo skills coach and Bonzo for fitness and passion. It would be nuts lol

  • mattefumi el loco says:
