Bilic looks at Joe Hart as keeper target

|

joe-hart-manchester-city-hull-premier-league_3001982Slaven Bilic is reportedly looking to bring in goalkeeping reinforcements in January as Adrian’s future apparently comes under closer and closer scrutiny.

The Hammers have conceded 23 times in their 12 games to date, and according to the Daily Mail, Bilic is looking to act in the mid-season window by bringing in a new face “of the calibre to replace Adrian in goal”.

The Mail suggests that Manchester City’s Joe Hart- currently on loan to Torino in the Serie A – as well as Liverpool’s Simon Mignolet and Chelsea’s Asmir Begovic are all under consideration by Bilic long term.

Adrian has been a virtual ever-present for West Ham since his arrival from Real Betis in 2013, having made 101 league appearances to date.

Hart yes, Mignolet definite NO, Begovic maybe.

I like Hart, if he can calm down a bit and not get so worked up he is an outstanding Keeper, far better than what we’ve got at the moment, neither of who are top class.

Mignolet looked good at Stoke but seems to have gone backwards at Liverpool – his confidence is very fragile.
