Bilic: ‘This team can get results anywhere’

|

BilicberrySlaven Bilic reckons his Irons can get a result anywhere.

After adding another fine result to those at Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and against Chelsea Bilic says they no longer need him to instill belief.

He said: “You can talk, analyse, prepare, but the best way the players are going to believe is if they have done it recently,” he said.

“They have responded really well and this is a great point for us. If you consider everything – Manchester United’s recent history in these games, and that we were without four key players – then it is a good day for us and I have to praise my players.”

But he claims the pressure is building for them to improve the home form saying: When you are away, you are happy with a throw-in. You don’t rush to take a throw-in, if you know what I mean.

“When you’re playing at home, you need to do something extra and you are a little bit nervous after 25 minutes if it is 0-0.

“The crowd in England is very polite, but also sometimes very demanding on the players.”

Will be a hard game like every team Hughes manages,
Carroll will be a good weapon against them but the defence will have to stand strong,
Could do with a good win going into the Xmas period but a defeat would be a disaster
Slav needs to lead this week and keep the commitment of this week going
