Bookies don’t fancy Slav’s survival chances

|

bilic-gloomSlaven Bilic is a big bookies favourite to be the next ย manager chopped this season.

His odds are now as short as 6/4 with Sky Bet after the disastrous start to the season with David Moyes at 3/1 and Tony Pulis next on the list at ย 5/1.

Slav himself has admitted he knows the reality of his situation and has been quoted as saying “I know how it works and am only focused on the next game.”

With Crystal Palace (away) ย and Sunderland (home) the next two games up, the manager will be looking for a minimum of four and maximum of six points.

With the two favourites for the sack in opposition – Bilic and Moyes – nothing less than a win will be good enough from the game against the Black Cats on October 22.

We would advise not betting on a Bilic sacking with Andy Carroll, Aaron Cresswell and Andre Ayew all closing in on rapid returns and we believe the manager will turn things around.

I can’t believe our board would do that knowing how many integral players we have had missing. If they did I suppose we would know who is responsible for transfers.COYI

I thought Guidolin of Swansea was the first of the season. They dont get sacked anymore these days do they, its always officially by mutual agreement following discussions lol in other words sacked ๐Ÿ˜›

Hi Hugh, Slav won’t be the first manager chopped this season that was Guidolin, our chairmen always give the manager a chance as Avram can attest to, I would say unless we take an absolute battering and look devoid of ideas Slav will be safe, I am pretty sure we will turn the corner, Cressie being back, will be huge and if Sakho comes back and plays to his potential that will give us more punch in the final third, as for Ayew and Carroll who knows, where will they play Ayew, with Payet on the left and Antonio on the right, will he start ?

I’m afraid Bilic is a ‘Dead Man Walking’ – a shame but the Dave’s can’t allow the Club to flirt with relegation!

    My moneys on Rudi Garcia!

My God the Slug was given 4 years and Slavs suddenly dead man walking after a few games? Tell you what lets get another manager in eh and give him 7 games that’s how it goes nowadays to some isn’t it what a joke.

As much as I love Slav & don’t want to see him sacked, once the media start with ‘Bilic out’ they wont stop until he is. They will jump at every little thing & blow it up. West Ham are public enemy number one with nearly everyone & they all want us the crash & burn. It doesn’t help that there are also sections of the fan base who can’t stop attacking the club & the owner’s along with Brady.
I hope the board don’t panic & sack the best manager we have had for years, the players need to man up & start showing passion again.

The super sophiticated computer is predicting a finishing position of 13th for WH, Slav’s odds are 6/4 with Sky Bet… I think the next step is to consult the NASA on the chances that Unplayable Super Atomic Andy stays healthy for the next two weeks… I have a feeling about that… lol ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyway, if Slav will goes, it will be a huge mistake. Great manager and top man.

  • Alfie says:

SuGo have never been big ‘sackers’ of managers for short term gain.I think Bilic has plenty of time to try to turn our fortunes round.
I dont know about some but most fans i know dont think he should go.
Some are too busy moaning about the ground or Brady to take any notice of whats happening with the team anyway it seems ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Tone not Tore says:

If they sack him in the near future it will be crazy.Having said that nothing seems to make sense anymore Lol
You lads must be just as confused. You apparently wanted BFS out & got slated for not supporting the board or club by asking for him to be removed, you now dont spend your time tearing the board apart & you are sychopants Lol.Something doesnt add up somewhere!
