Bookies have faith in the Irons

West Ham are outsiders of theĀ  relegation fighting clubs to take the drop.

The High Street bookies are never very far wrong on such issues – they can’t afford to be – and the odds makers give the Irons a realistic chance of staying up over the likes of Stoke, Southampton and Huddersfield.

Indeed, the bookies give the Yorkshire outfit a worse chance of going down than ourselves despite them currently being in 15th position and even above Palace.

The Hammers are priced at 5/2 to go down with West Brom at 1/100 or more on. Stoke too look absolutely certain to go and are priced at 4/11.

Huddersfield are priced next at 11/8 and Southampton at 15/8 with ourselves priced at a lengthy 5/2 y comparison.

Swansea are priced at 5/1 and Palace at 13/2.
